MODERN SLAVERY VOLUNTARY STATEMENT

Leaman Crellin Limited is making a voluntary modern slavery and human trafficking statement relating to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement. We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and make this statement to show our commitment to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our supply chains.

TO WHOM DOES THIS POLICY APPLY?

This policy covers all employees, officers, consultants, contractors, volunteers, interns, casual workers and agency workers.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS POLICY?

The CEO is responsible for the effective operation of this policy.

Any questions you may have about the day-to-day application of this policy should be referred to the CEO.

SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement is made in connection with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. It was approved by a meeting of Directors on 4 April 2025.
