MODERN SLAVERY VOLUNTARY STATEMENT
Leaman Crellin is making this voluntary modern slavery and human trafficking statement in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement, we oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We make this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains.
About our business and supply chains
Leaman Crellin is a financial services compliance consultancy. We provide advisory services, training, and regulatory support to banks, investment firms, and other regulated businesses.
We are a professional services firm, therefore our supply chains are limited. Our main suppliers provide IT and software services, office supplies, professional memberships, and business travel. We do not manufacture products or operate complex international supply chains.
This statement covers all employees, officers, consultants, contractors, and anyone working on our behalf.
Our commitment and due diligence
We act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Specifically, to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, we:
- consider modern slavery risks when selecting suppliers
- watch for indicators of modern slavery when dealing with suppliers and third parties
- ensure our team is aware of modern slavery risks and how to raise concerns
Given the nature and scale of our business, our exposure to modern slavery risks is low. However, we remain vigilant and will investigate and act promptly on any concerns.

The CEO has overall responsibility for this statement and for ensuring its effective implementation.
