Neil brings extensive experience from his roles at the UK FSA/PRA, Barclays, and recently in the digital assets sector with OKX and Copper Technologies. Neil's deep regulatory knowledge and hands-on experience across digital asset regulatory licensing, structural reform, corporate banking and regulatory advocacy helps Leaman Crellin clients navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
With a background in Accounting and Finance, complemented by an MBA from CASS Business School, Neil brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
